I am a passionate former Registered Nurse and Midwife, trained in the UK with over 30 years Nursing and Midwifery experience. Included in this is over 14 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, as a Key Account Manager where my impact on healthcare continued with the use of medicines in health.
I moved to Dubai in 2019 where my career pivoted into healthcare management, within the field of General Manager & Commercial Operations Director in the Homecare setting.
I understand the unique challenges and opportunities within nursing and especially Homecare. I believe that every healthcare provider deserves the best nurses to deliver their care, and that every nurse deserves to practice exceptional nursing, in the right role.
Although I no longer practice clinically, healthcare will always be my passion!
